- If a customer receives the product and wishes to exchange either its color or size, they can inform the company at email@example.com send the item back and we will make the change for them. However, please note that in this case, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
- If the Product you have bought appears damaged or you have received the wrong order, please let us know within 30 days from the day your order is delivered to you. Damaged or wrong items will be replaced with a new product and shipping costs will be covered by the company. If the customer prefers a financial refund, we can offer you that as well.
- We, unfortunately,could notaccept returns of washed or worn products. Please always try Skinners on clean surface. Customers must return each Product in the same condition in which they receive it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Please note that worn or dirty items cannot be refunded and shipping costs cannot be covered for these pairs.
- We, unfortunately, could not accept returns for any third party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third party vendors must be settled where the purchase was made, this includes third parties selling online (such as Amazon).
