Return of goods

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. We refund the price of the product and the cost of our cheapest shipping option.
• To return the product, print the form and send it along with the product to the address specified on the form.

Return Form

• For hygienic reasons, we do not accept worn or washed products. We ask that you always test Skinners on a clean surface. Customers can only return the product if it is in the same condition as received. This means Skinners must be returned new, unused, and complete. Please note that worn or dirty Skinners cannot be refunded, and shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. 
• If you bought the product from a third-party seller, we do not accept refunds for such items. All sales made with third-party sellers must be resolved where the purchase was made, including online sellers (such as Amazon).

Exchange of goods

Sockshoes exchanges are not possible, we only accept product returns. Shoe returns and exchanges are possible.
