Return of goods

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after acceptance of goods without stating the reason. To return the goods, print the form and send it together with the goods to the address indicated on the form.

Return Form

  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept worn or washed products. We ask that you always test Skinners on a clean surface. Customers may only return the product if it is in the same condition as they received it. This means that Skinners must be returned new, unused and complete. Please note that worn or dirty Skinners cannot be refunded and shipping costs cannot be compensated. 
  • In the event that you have purchased a product from a third party that sells our product, we do not issue refunds for these items. Any sales made with third party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made, including third party sellers selling online (such as Amazon).

Exchange of goods

The exchange of socks is not possible; we only accept returns of goods. In the case of footwear, both returns and exchanges are possible.
